This Artist's Tote features an inside phone pocket, a secure magnet clasp closure and a reinforced bottom panel with brass stud feet. The bags' sides have been laced using the same leather as the handles.
All the bag's edges have been sanded, stained, burnished and sealed.
The solid vegetable-tanned leather handles adjust on each side with a simple brass button stud for hand carrying or shoulder wearing.
Chromexcel leather is made from the famous Horween tannery in Chicago and is dual processed, first as chrome tanned then with a heavy vegetable-tanned re-tannage. The result is a softer and waxy leather that is also water-resistant.
