The Abstract Painted Saddle Bag in Natural

The Abstract Painted Saddle bag is a one-of-a-kind piece! This work of art has been hand-stitched and cut from one large piece of natural vegetable-tanned leather that has been brush painted with black and burgundy leather dye.

Features one inside pocket, brass O-rings, a hand-dyed adjustable strap with brass button studs and a secure magnet clasp closure.

The bags strap and main body have been treated with a water-resistant sealant. All the bag’s edges have been sanded, burnished and sealed with beeswax.

The Abstract Painted Saddle Bag measures 9” wide by 7” high by 3” deep.

This bag is made to last using full-grain natural vegetable-tanned leather. One of the amazing qualities of this leather is that it will darken to a more golden tan patina with time and exposure to the sun, while also slightly softening with use.
